When I order Chinese food from the place I like they give a big tub of hot mustard which I don't care for on the food.
And when I buy lox from Costco they give a packet of a sweet mustard dill sauce which I don't care for on the lox.
But I like to combine the two to make an excellent marinade on chicken or pork. Which I did last night on the air fryer.
Marinade with bread crumbs and topped with fresh Parmesan. Delicious.

I made a Tourtière the other day and it came out great!
It's a Canadian Pork Pie that my grandmother would bring over for the holidays as a kid and I loved them. I hadn't had one in more than 40 years.
Anyway, I wanted to practice because I am going to make a couple more for Thanksgiving and surprise my Mom.
I hope she likes them.

I use beef broth and Spicy Bloody Mary mix as the base. How spicy depends on how spicy you like it. I also use Bloody Mary mix for chili base.
