I decided to make the crispy orange been recipe that Pags sent. I'm still preparing everything.

I've got everything prep for a quick fry when we're ready. Nobody's hungry right now, been snacking all day.

It's a lot of prep, you need a sous chef. You going to serve it over jasmine rice?

Yes, rice and steamed brocoli. I'm doing the fry now while watching this shitty game.

    I love this recipe Pags.

    My pizza was wonderful.

    Thanks for asking.

That looks similar to what I had Friday night, but replace the Broccoli with Spinach Salad, and no rice.

In other words, it's really nothing like what you had?

Oh it was excellent Pags. A real crowd pleaser.

I like that the recipe doesn't call for any salt and it doesn't need any either. Lots of flavor.

I bought 3 lbs of sirloin and it's nearly gone. I had just enough leftovers to bring to work for my lunch today.

I'm glad you liked it that was a lot of pressure for a birthday dinner. I can't wait to have it again, it's so damn good!

It took me a couple hours but I was watching both the pre-game and game during the prep so I wasn't in any hurry.
