Is a hibachi your standard grilling method?
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

    I wouldn't call it standard.

It is a mix of ricotta, Parmesan, fresh parsley, lemon zest, salt and pepper, thinned with a little half and half (or cream, so it pipes from a bag well). Cut the corner of a lunch baggie and pipe inside and twist closed, the batter is flour, baking powder and baking soda , with seltzer water to form a thin paste. We also add salt and pepper to the batter. Dip the stuffed flowers in the batter twisting in the direction of the closed flower and fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Serve with lemon.(this was my wife's response)

Went to visit my daughter's "farm" last night to see the 50 chicks they got - in addition to the 20 or so chickens they already have - with the granddaughter.

Stopped at Raising Canes in Parker on the way home for the first time. It was very good! Granddaughter ate it up!

You've heard of fried green tomatoes? Fried purple potatoes with cheeseburgers (bottom cheese maneuver)

Appetizer of fried zucchini flowers and zucchini. Burgers on deck (bottom cheese maneuver naturally)!

Have you ever considered a dual-cheese strategy? That is, a cheese envelope maneuver.

Interesting concept, but then you have the melted cheese on top of the patty to interfere with condiment spreading etc..

Well, the envelope could be surrounded by an additional envelope of cheese-adhesive roughage. I won't even ask a license fee for this...as long as you report the results...
