I will! She’s amazing! Raised 8 children and is the sweetest thing.

My Brother is travelling up from Dallas, and my Dad is coming over this evening to celebrate his 81st Birthday.

It's been a tough two months on my Dad being isolated. He lives by himself. My wife is still concerned about us getting together, but I think as well as we've done socially distancing etc. that the risk is fairly low.

Tonight's menu will include Trout grilled on an Alder plank. Fresh Asparagus. Baked Potato. Strawberry shortcake with rasberries and bananas for dessert.

Tonight's menu is Huli Huli Chicken.

It looks awesome. I'll try and post a picture of the cook.

I’m going to make sloppy joes and some Trader Joe’s tater tots. I found a really good recipe for homemade sloppy joe sauce.
