Cooking is part of food preperation, yes. That being said, I didn't like fish until I had it raw. I eat eel cooked as well as most shellfish.

Beef, I like rare or raw if it's a good cut of meat (see carpaccio), and pork needs to be cooked to at least 145. You've seen the BBQ I've posted.

But hey, keep being a Zam and take everything to extremes and keep looking at things in black and white. It works for you.

I'm sure the civilized people who eat meat this way in the far east and in parts of Africa, or anyone who enjoys a tar tar will take issue with this.

no not at all, I was joking around. I love me some raw fish. I like beef cooked to 135 and I wont eat pork until it reaches 165

sushi isn't raw fish, sushi is actually the rice. Alot of sushi has cooked seafood on it, not all of it is raw. The raw fish is called sushimi
