It's Broncos related. I had watched a clip of TD highlights.

    I love you though, Al.

it's not the best, for sure. . . sauteeing it with a lot of garlic and pepper makes it much more palatable, though. . .

Never had cauliflower rice that didn’t suck. I keep hearing this drumbeat that in some mystical universe there’s a version of it that isn’t terrible - am skeptical to say the least.

you live in cali, bro. . . we expect a certain level of enlightenment out of you. . . seriously, please tell me you're using it as a base, and not a side. . . use a lot of garlic, and it's fine if you're mixing it with beans, green chili and cheese. . . or serving it topped with mongolian beef, saag paneer, or whatever. . . if you're eating that shit with a fork, you deserve to be smacked with one. . .
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

Flirting with the idea of doing a full chicken on the Kamado tonight with Big Bob's Alabama white sauce.

Tonight's meal is all over the place. Carne asada, tomato-cucumber-bean salad, mashed potatoes. I figure the carne asada gravy stuff will be good with the mashed potatoes, not sure how that salad is going to fit in. If it's tasty it will get eaten regardless of the polka dots & stripes issue.

Anyone ever get the spice jar and shake in a couple dash of cayenne pepper but find out the filter is off, but it's too late?

So half a jar of cayenne but it tastes pretty good imo.
