Back on topic, last night I had a Salmon fillet cooked medium rare, asparagus, and polenta topped with sauteed mushrooms.

Is salmon good mid rare? I think Ahi Tuna is the only fish I've had prepared like that.

I like it that way, but then again, I eat Salmon raw when I can. It's great if you have good fresh salmon.
