    Nope regular cilantro. I think mint would overpower it. Tonight is filet mignon with a marchand de vin sauce and tomorrow is Ina's 4 hour lamb!

    For anyone following at home, while Ina's 4 hour lamb is good, it's a ton of work and not really good enough to warrant the effort.
