Made a really good fettuccini Alfredo with broccoli, mushrooms and chicken. All went well until I burned the ish out of my stomach straining the noodles. Boiling water burns can go straight to hell.

Which brings up another thing. ...why the **** do people use Alfredo sauce out of a jar? It's like 3 ingredients to make the quick and easy stuff. Heavy cream, parmesan and garlic. On top of it the jar shit tastes like crap!

Most people don’t realize how easy it is. You should start with butter and garlic, then when the garlic is browned add the cream, then pamesan

The jar stuff isn't bad, you just have to add garlic to it.

It's your stomach. It's so easy to do authentic Alfredo, but you do you!

I just saw a recipe for a caprese grilled cheese, but it has basil. I think I'm the only Italian that literally HATES basil. ******* gross, overpowering bs that herb is.
