    had a bowl of chili, then got my laps knocked out. . . as it turns out, chili burps when you're swimming aren't that great. . .

    Chicken and greens from the cafeteria. Shouldn’t hospital food be somewhat appetizing? Don’t they WANT the patients to eat it?

    tonight it's herbed brown rice, with marinated chicken done in cast iron, and stir-fried veggies. . . will top with sriracha, tamari and fresh herbs. . . and maybe some lime juice, if i have a lime. . .
