Cuban sandwich? What's that, a cigar between two pieces of bread?

Cooked a couple of pork chops on the foreman with a Weber brand Cajun rub. And made some Zatarain's brand black beans and rice for a side.

Chicken lasagna. Used Alfredo instead of marinara, chicken breast, bell pepper, spinach, and crumbled cheese on top, and some other stuff. I tried to mimic another recipe. It didn't come out great but it was okay.

Pineapple takes more calories to digest than it contains. Fact.

how do Jewish people make their brisket? I've always wondered why people equate brisket to a bad thing when talking about Jewish people cooking it.

No sez I. I hate tomatoes. I'll eat them when they're cooked in with something, but I never add them to anything (like hamburgers, sandwiches, etc). Roma tomatoes and those other ones from Italy that look like Roma tomatoes are okay because they're kinda sweet. Regular ones are too bitter and shitty tasting to me. I'll eat the shit outta some pineapple and celery though. I'll eat celery just because I love the texture.

I want to eat blue cheese with celery, so that kind of kills the benefit for me.

But I love to take a big meaty heirloom tomato, slice it into 1/4 inch slices, sprinkle a little sea salt on them, and go to town. I also love sliced cucumbers with a little bit of watered down vinegar.
