Well the tikka masala was new to us so I didn't know how it was going to turn out

Last night was a bit of a cheat night for me. We had cajun foil packets on the grill. Corn, shrimp, sliced kielbasa and diced red potatoes with a little butter and a lot of Creole seasoning. It was really really good.

Tonight I think I might start smoking a salmon when I get home.

Marie Calendar... Again.

Manicotti with sausage, meatballs, homemade sauce.

Wife is making shepherds pie.

i'm trying to make black bean burgers for the first time. . . didn't like any of the recipes i was finding so i decided to just wing it-- we'll see how they cook up, but so far so good. . .

I feel black bean burgers are the only non shitty non meat burger. They are tolerable.

Man, I am so skeptical, and wouldn't have accepted anyone else's endorsement (except for maybe slim, who is another cheeseburger expert)... But I may try one if you say they are ok.

I mean, you know it's not burger, but it tastes way better than a normal "veggie" burger. Again, it's tolerable. Not delicious, but not horrible.
