Asparagus is ******* delicious. That's essentially my weekly go-to veggie along with zucchini.

I like tomatoes. My go to veggies are tomatoes, red onions, green beans, peas, avacados (is that a fruit? hey, so are tomatoes I guess) beans of all kinds. But my veggie tastes don't go too far past that limited range.

Onions of various colors, the peppers, carrots, I know it's a fungus, but mushrooms are dope and I eat them with veggies. I love veggies. I just happen to love fried food even more.

Oh yea, peppers I'm good with as well! Homemade Fajitas sound pretty tasty about now. I love fried food too, but my body doesn't and I'm really pretty sick of being a fat lard.

Good news is, my back got popped back into place today and my chest pains are all gone. Maybe just a rib out?

I'm still pretty dedicated to this stop drinking pop, start living better kick regardless.

If you want to try this sauce. Here's my recipe.

    2 tablespoons: Lemon Juice
    2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
    3 Tablespoons: Melted butter
    1/2 Teaspoon: Salt
    1/4 Black Pepper
    1/4 Teaspoon: Oregano
    1/4 Crushed Red Pepper
    1 Tablespoon: Chopped Parsley

Combine all of it in a bowl and brush it on your salmon! Enjoy!

Oh wow, that looks good, I'd take the salmon and the rice and be all over both of those. That rice looks tasty. What did you do to it?

What did I do to it? Brown rice? I got it from Costco. It is called Seeds of Change: Quinoa & Brown Rice with Garlic. It is highly recommended. It's so good!
