    Nah. I tried to make some chicken with Turmeric and some shit and it was awful. That was the cook's fault...

    My mother does have an Anglicized, green curry chicken she makes that's pretty good. I don't think that counts though.

    i think that could probably work. . . although i'm afraid it might detract from the flavor some. . . if you won't do sweet potatoes, i would recommend butternut squash or pumpkin before regular spuds. . . if you do go that route, at least use redskinned potatoes. . .
