My wife surprised me with a dinner of steak au poivre in a brandy reduction cream sauce, roasted potatoes and broccoli last night. I bet there was a few calories in that too.
There's a phone app here called Fit NOLA where the largest hospital in the area, Ochsner, went to most of the local restaurants and graded their menus, as well as put a LOT of recipes on the app, and included every gym, fitness activity, etc. It's a GREAT app that really helps you live a healthy lifestyle. I would've loved it before my heart attack, I like it even more now. I can open the app and it automatically shows me every restaurant near me that has food compatible with whatever I put in my profile (I put low cholesterol, low sodium) and there is a different selection for just about every type of dietary restriction, you even input your height/weight, activity level, etc and it will customize the dietary guidelines for whether you want to lose weight, etc and for your size. So, for me, it says I need 2400cal/day so it bases all the percentages on that and my max cholesterol and sodium. So, where something might be 5% daily for my wife it might be 20% for me.
Anyhow, I decided to try a recipe from the app tonight. Came out great, chicken lettuce wrap tacos. Hopefully the pics below work right as it won't let me cut and paste from the app.
