Probably. I'm good with that, though.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

i was going to start a thread on in but didn't see it s thread worthy so I pose the question in here.

What do all of you put as garnishes in your chili?
Same - but you really must have corn bread with chili. That's the most important pairing IMO.

Corn bread needs to be black holed.

I love corn bread. I eat it with a pat of butter and maple syrup.

I personally mix/stir mine together before applying. About a 70/30 ratio is near perfection.

    Definitely cheddar cheese in chili.

Always corn bread with it. Sometimes I'll crumble up the corn bread in it, but usually keep it on the side.

Have I mentioned that my wife has won two chili cook offs with her chili and placed highly in another one? Her chili is da bomb.

Who limits their seafood intake to clams? I mean, clams as the penultimate seafood item? Nothing else passes the bar?

That's completely at odds with my perception of you two as foodies.
Yeah it's nuts. If you are familiar with how we prepare and eat "sreamers" here in New England it's bizarre that she will eat that but won't eat haddock

I take my chili with onions, fresh jalapenos, cheese and eat it with corn chips.
