Beef stroganoff in the instant pot. 25 minutes from start to finish. This could seriously be a game changer for weekly dinner planning.

Don't give the recipe to Beef.

I read a little trick recently you can do w/ soups, stews and chilis. After it is finished cooking remove about 1 1/2 to 2 cups and mix in a blender or hand held blender and add back to the pot. It gives the broth a perfect consistency. I've done that w/ a chili and soup and loved it.

    Good idea!

I use bloody mary mix as a base for soups and chili. Get however spicy you want. I'm not kidding. I works great!

It's gotten the point where I'm subbing bloody mary mix for milk in my cereal. I may have a problem.

Had leftover Spaghetti back to back. As it was my mother celebrating her birthday late over due to some personal reasons. But love it nonetheless.

I'm a fat piece of shit and I deserve to die. But Arby's is delicious and helps me cope with being a fat piece of shit that deserves to die.
