I've just about got this dish perfected. Still a couple of tweaks to try out.

That's looks delicious. I might have to give that a try.

You can't put the biscuits in the middle or the dough won't cook thoroughly. That's the 45 minute lazy way of making chicken and dumplings. Crock pot dumplings are much better!

Cut up carrots, onion, fresh thyme, and celery, cook in skillet for about 8 minutes, coat in flour, cook for a couple more minutes, stir in a couple cups of chicken broth, simmer for 10 minutes or so until it thickens. Take off of heat, add in a couple tablespoons of heavy cream and frozen peas. If you have a skillet that can go right in the oven, place the biscuits in a circle and bake for about 30 minutes at 350. If not, move the filling to a casserole dish and do the same.

Buff asked what goes in the chicken part, so chicken was pretty much a given.

Bear with our friend. He’s a Patriots fan.

You did not describe the type of chicken you used or how you prepared and cooked it.

Why don't you just admit you left out the most important part of your dish?

There are not any Papa Murphy's out here Mo. Us easterners are too smart to pay full price for a pizza you have to bake yourself.
