I've just about completely cut carbs out of my diet recently. I don't like it so far.
That's awesome.
For the past 6 weeks I have dramatically cut carbs as well and completely cut all beef, chicken and pork. I eat salads, veggies and fish every day.
Losing weight has not been easy. I only lost 10 pounds so far. If I stopped drinking beer it would be more but I want a diet where I can lose weight but still drink an excessive amount of beer.
