My wife makes great refried beans and salsas.

Layer of beans, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, slices of avocado, her homemade salsa and queso Chihuahua (the mennonites in Chihuahua make it the best)

Grilled chicken and saute veggies. Hello to a healthy lifestyle.

Rib eye steak, grilled potatos... Plenty of dead animal.

My dinner was pretty awesome (cooked for my family tonight, don't worry I ate in moderation)

Smoked this 9 lb pork butt for 8 hours (6 uncovered with whiskey barrel and applewood, 2 wrapped in foil)


I used a brown sugar bourbon rub and then basted it every two hours with a mixture of apple cider vinegar, veggie oil, the rub, water, worchire and soy sauces.

So tonight we're turning a portion of it into pork street tacos with peppers, onions and green chile's.
