I used to make chops that were seasoned with salt and pepper, spread with yellow mustard, then breaded and pan fried. WHen the chops were done, deglaze the pan with a can cream of mushroom or broccoli. Serve the chops with fresh broccoli and rice with the sauce made with the soup.
So what's for dinner tonight PAG?
alaskan king crab legs are awesome, but too damned expensive
