Gonna bbq some chicken breast over charcoal, of course. I half the chicken breast into thinner halves (cooks better, quicker, and more evenly), then put them in a big bowl, lots of olive oil, and Tony Chachere's Cajun seasoning. If someone wants bbq sauce they can add after cooked. I never cook with bbq sauce, always add later.

With this said, I'm going to Pags house to chow

Did barbecue chicken legs and thighs on the Weber last night. Made Stephen Raichlen's recipe for baked beans in the slow cooker. Used a Bobby Flay recipe for coleslaw and made my grandma's German potato salad. Spent about 4 hours total in the kitchen and in front of the grill but man was it good.

We grilled chicken tonight with my family. Also had Corn on the cob, fried potatoes, baked beans, deviled eggs, ect...

I took my grilled chicken, an avocado and cut both of them up on a salad using a cilantro lime dressing made out of yogurt. Wasn't too shabby. I stayed away from everything else (well, other than the corn)
