Last night I had these Korean style Chicken thighs that were marinated in Soy, Sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and honey. Served with these really nice spicy pickled cucumbers and korean slaw.

odds are you didn't get real Parmigiano-Reggiano, considering they only export a very tiny amount each year and it is very expensive. It may say it on the pacakge, but it is probably an American made imitation. The US doesn't follow other countries copyright laws so they can use whatever term they want on their products, much like Champagne and Kobe beef, which you can find on hundreds of menus everywhere in the US yet NONE is exported to North America.

I get my authentic Parmigiano-Reggiano in my local grocery department's cheese department!
I'm making a crock pot version of spaghetti bolognese.
We'll see how it turns out. So far, it seems pretty heavy on morning preparation for a crock pot recipe, but at least it will be ready when I get home.
Crock pot spaghetti sauce is good stuff.
I'm not saying you aren't, but odds are you're getting fleeced. Almost guaranteed in a local supermarket.

I'm a bachelor so I eat out alot. Saves time and believe it or not, it saves money. Plus it would prb taste 1000 x better than anything I could make.
My place of choice tonight is, Buffalo Wild Wings. Good wings, beer, friends and a good football game.
