    Gonna BBQ some ribeyes, and dungy crab clusters (my little girl's request). Granted it's snowing pretty hard.....I'm so ready for spring and summer.

    Ribeyes in the cast iron cooked in and basted with butter, roast potatoes and a salad.

    I made a couple more quiches today, onion, garlic, red pepper, spinach, cheese and mushroom. Delicious.

    Also made a big batch of chicken soup.

    He can't eat beef or pork, I would eat turkey burgers but the wife can't deal for whatever reason
