I know meatloaf has pretty much been covered in the last page or so but I just wanted to add that I think I like meatloaf sandwiches the next day more than eating the actual meatloaf for dinner.

Tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches again tonight (My favorite!) The sandwiches are Swiss, mozzarella and cheddar.

That's what I made my son but my tomato soup was home made w/ tomatoes from my garden last summer.

Wife is stuck at work late, so I'm probably going to order from Applebee's takeout. Her drive home is not going to be fun...

I'm jealous. Man do I miss eating beef and pork.

I made mushroom chicken with asparagus and salad.

I ninja'd in a tablespoon of hot giardiniera right after the onions softened, along with the garlic and mushrooms...we'll see if anyone notices.
