Does cooking them together cause the asparagus to get over cooked?
No, you cook it around 20-25 min at 400. They came out great! You can cook them on the grill too.

I love asparagus, just not when it's over cooked

Last night I made grilled pork tenderloin with chimichurri sauce. Asparagus on the side.

    It was delicious.

The wife and I made quiche last night. I never made it before and it came out really good and was very easy to make. We made two. Onion, garlic, fresh spinach, mushrooms and Monterrey Jack.

Has your son flipped you over to the vegetarian side?

About what time do you think we could get a more definitive update?

I would say 7:00 PM is a reasonable time frame.

We are trying to incorporate more vegetarian dishes into our diet so there's good choices for our son. We also cook our food differently. For example, for stir fry we now keep the meat separate from the veggies.

    My son loved the quiche.

It's a quiche with spinach, mushrooms and onions. What the hell do you expect it to look like?
