For the record, the chicken was really good! It was a bit spicier than I anticipated, but it was good. The stuffing was a bit bland and dry, but that's neither here nor there.

Having cilantro lime chicken taco's for supper tonight. It's slow cooking in the crock pot as we speak!

It all blended together. It was a sweet and spicy mixture (I like sweet and spicy personally, I think it's a good combination, much like salty and sweet is)
