    My dad is similar.
    I no longer have disdain for him choosing to be a vegetarian although it does offer its challenges. I just can't come home with a bunch of steaks, hamburg or chicken and he gets nothing so I am learning to adapt.

    I've been enjoying it as the vegetable soup was very tasty and filling and the meatless lasagna, despite the ridicule I received on this forum from posters not nearly as intelligent as you, was absolutely delicious and I would make it again and again.

    Why do east coasters cut off the ends of so many foods? Hamurg, Manicott, Rigot?

    Is it the same reason you guys decide to add or remove the letter "R" from words at random? Like, "Fuggedabout it" - or "I asked Monica'r to send me an email."
