    He said his smoker is a brand called Primo. He's got a pizza stone that he smokes pizzas on too...just loads that baby up, sticks it in the smoker, and presto.

    nice, I have a pizza stone too, that I can just pop into oven. It just needs to be seasoned. I oiled that sucker down and all and pizza still stuck to it.

    that primo is pretty ******* sweet

    It's a badass smoker. The lid is heavy too...weighs a good 30 pounds.

    I've got the bottom to a large clay pot, that works really well too, and not as expensive. We keep it in the bottom of the stove to help it retain heat.

    I made another turkey! quick brine on the breast, and roasted he dark meat.
    I got lots of stock fixins and bones for thanksgiuving next week.
    stock for gravy and for braising my dark meat. should be awesome! anyone interested in thanksgiving recipes, i have a post in the cooking with zambini thread.

    I was just gonna eat it on the side. I usually make a beef stir fry but tonight I think I will just grill the sirloin and have veggies on the side.

    brought home a couple of the Costco fresh cook at home pizza's... disgusting, spend the money elsewhere.
