Just a sausage Mcmuffin w/egg combo. Easier to eat in the car.....which is where I'm back sitting again.
    #homecoming

Probably grab a gas station corn dog for lunch as I gotta put gas in the car shortly

Her instructions said to cover the first 15 minutes so I did and the crust completely stuck to the foil.

If I were on Hells Kitchen or Master Chef, I'd be going home tonight.

There's no need to cover. That's what you get when you listen to a woman.

    How was it Slick?

Always cover, if needed, during the last 15-20 minutes if the crust is getting too dark. WTF was she thinking? She seems like a blonde at heart whenever I've watched her show.

    Still looks delicious.

I made the two lasagnas yesterday. One w/ meat and one with a lot of onions, mushrooms and fresh spinach. Both w/ a lot of Cheeses.

    Came out great.

It tasted good. I tweaked the recipe a little. Used 3 cups of chicken stock instead of 2 and a cup of milk instead of a splash of cream and bumped up the flour from 1/3 to 1/2 cup. I also used chicken thighs because that's what I had on hand.
