You do know that a green pepper has more vitamin "C" than an orange right? They are good for you!

green, yellow, orange, and red peppers are just a in different stages of ripening

Strip steaks with a blue cheese and herb compound butter, snow pea, broccoli floret and red pepper melange and roasted Yukon potatoes

Spaghetti and meatballs for us tonight. Got an extra bottle of wine in case this snow gets serious. Or even if it doesn't.

It's kind of a basic marinara that she makes from scratch. Not like an overly elaborate red sauce that cooks all day. The beauty is in the pork/beef meatballs.
