    Fettucine Alfredo. Going to pan-sear a chicken breast to go over the top. Probably go cajun seasoning with it.

    In fact, I was getting the alfredo sauce going and decided to put a half a spoonful of my blackened seasoning into it...

    Jerk is a Caribbean thing. But authentic stuff verses stuff that is just called Jerk is different. When I went to Jamaica, the Jerk seasoning that I had there was worlds different than the shit I've had in restaurants.

    The French Onion Soup was fantastic and I made a nice pot roast in the dutch oven. The wife loved them both and did a great job cleaning up after dinner.
