    Leftover taco soup, topped with monterey jack, sour cream, green onions and avocado.

    Mmmmm.....gotta love stuff that tastes just as good the next day.

    I had a grilled chicken breast, broccoli, and a potato for dinner. It was tasty.

    I use my Ronco Showtime Rotisserie cooker all the time! Last night it was 7 rib pork roast w/ bbq sauce.

    So moist and delicious.

    Anyone else have one?

    I rarely eat dinner. If I do, I eat out. tonight I may do chick fillet before the knights meeting.

    I did a pork shoulder on my smoker the other night. 12 hours @ 225 F and pulled it out when it was 190 F internal temp. It just fell off the bone, so good.

    tonight... rib eye steaks, baked potato and maple asparagus.
    tomorrow... smoked briskett, slaw and cornbread
    sunday... chili in front of the TV watching NFL
