Ribs that I dry rubbed yesterday, and smoked 4 6 hours today. Got full smoke penetration to the bone. Wife said they were "too tender"

I haven't had my coffee yet, so no. I'll PM you the picture when I do.

I only had 3 bones so I don't expect to have a huge BM. On the same note, I'm finding that I have become slightly lactose intolerant.

Home made meatballs and spaghetti for us. I made my typical meatballs:

1 lb 96% lean ground beef
    1/2 lb mild Italian sausage
    One red onion chopped
    One full garlic clove minced
    3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
    2 eggs

Hand mix in a bowl. Roll in to golf ball sized balls. Place on Pyrex dish (I had three rows of five meatballs) and bake for 30 minutes at 350. I've got mine in a pot of sauce simmering now. Ill let them simmer for 2-3 hours. Before I put them in the sauce I poked them with a fork to let some of the sauce penetrate the meat.
