Last night I grilled chicken breasts that I marinated in soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, spicy brown mustard, and BBQ sauce. With it I steamed asparagus and warmed up some Grillin' Beans (black bean fiesta).

I just grilled a steak on my indoor Foreman. Used the McCormick's Chipotle Pepper marinade on a half-inch, boneless steak, and threw it on for three minutes.

    It was excellent.

I'm sure the Foreman will make you foodies cringe, but it was damn good.

My wife and I made chili today and **** me its spicy. I know my wife put chili powder in it and I chopped up two 4" long jalapeņos and threw those in there but Jesus Jones it's hot. Gonna be hotter on the way out.

Had a wonderful, homegrown Nebraska steak, garlic mashed potatoes and a Cesar salad, courtesy of the Nebraska Cattlemen.

    Free food rules.

I scored a free sandwich from a deli tray at my office today. It's sort of like finding $5.

Our office orders so much food from Jimmy Johns that about once a month they bring us down a party platter.
