    went dip netting.......34 red salmon (sockeyes). OMG that was a lot of cleaning and filleting.

    Tonight fresh salmon on a cedar plank on the BBQ with corn on the cobb (in husk on bbq) and baked potatoes. And some pan fried halibut.

    Last summer I bought four scaled filets from a grocery store and it came to just over two pounds and cost me over $30. Shit's expensive.

    Grilled chicken breasts and steamed broccoli. That didn't do the trick so I ate some pineapple and then a Detour bar about 30 min later
