    BBQ turkey wings and legs.
    I follow the same 5 phase tec hnique that I use for baby back ribs.

    Rockfish Fajitas.

    1 Red/Green Pepper, 1 onion, 1 jalapeno sauteed in cast iron skillet with fajitas seasoning.

    Rockfish pan seared with fajitas seasoning.

    Some pico de gallo, chunked avocado, sour cream, and 6 inch corn tortillas heated in oven

    last night i cooked up deer steak and risotto with prosciutto and smoked gouda. i totally just had to google prosciutto to find out how to spell it.

    I do too, but not mustard base BBQ. That's how they do BBQ in a lot of places in the south, especially Alabama. I'm not a fan.

    I do that a lot. I open up Outlook and spell it in an e-mail...spell check does the rest.
