Full of vitamins, minerals, and some carbs, but definitely a worthless barrage of food.

I'll make it today. Everybody was chowing all day and not too hungry.

It will have marinated 24 hours. I flatened boneless breasts rather than using a cut up chicken.

I'm sure it'll be good. I'm doing chicken tacos again tonight. I didn't feel like using MO's dry rub recipe so I just cleaned the breasts up and bathed them in salsa again. I did add some cayenne powder this time. And no beans or rice tonight...I'm using guacamole instead. Ill make that later.

My son and I just had a great breakfast. I made some taco seasoned hamburg w/ onions and refried beans mixed it. We heated it up on a skillet and served some over easy eggs on top and some what toast. Outstanding.

Oh SR, it's somebody's birthday today.

if your chicken is marinating in an acid based marinade it is going to be tough and rubbery if you allowed it to marinade for 24 hours.
    flavorful, but tough !

Is there supposed to be a comma between poutine and buffalo wings?

If not, please explain WTF you are making.
