@RavensInsider The Baltimore Ravens have informed nose guard Kelly Gregg that he'll be released, but he could return at a lower salary.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

After dropping Kelly Gregg, Willis McGahee, and Todd Heap, word has leaked out that the Ravens have also cut Derrick Mason per Jamison Hensley of the Baltimore Sun.

The Ravens are going to town early. Todd Heap would be an excellent pickup for someone.

He is pretty beat up and has lost a step. He wasn't bad in 2009.

It is a shame, he has been hurt his entire career. When healthy he looked good but you knew and injury was going to happen.

    Thanks MasterShake!!!

I always liked Bucky. Sometimes I think I like players because of their names. I hope this doesn't come off as racist, but Correl Buckhalter is a cool name for a black running back

There was a d end playing in Winnipeg for the Blue Bombers for years by the name of Tom Canada, huge fan fav, but he wasn't really that good. Oh and the Calgary Stampeders have a WR named Kenyon Rambo, you have to cheer for Rambo.
I see where you are coming from.

    Thanks MasterShake!!!

    Not really.

Heap has spent a lot of his career injured. When healthy he is a great player but you just cant invest big money in a guy with that kind of history. Ive also heard though that the Ravens may try to sign him and Mason back at lower salaries.

The Packers are letting go of LB Nick Barnett.
    Bill Williamson:

"The Broncos went from one of the more attractive organizations in the NFL to one in total disarray. McDaniels will go down as one of the most reviled figures in Denver sports history".
