Just finished up White Lotus last night and this was my first impression as well (that the parts were greater than the sum) but ultimately I feel like this was a show now about resolving the characters stories so much as revealing the characters themselves. It really was a 6 episode character study that touched on things like relationships, self discovery, and sense of self. I kind of liked how there were no happy endings, but basically just where stories stopped or left off because of the choices the characters made. The ensemble cast was great, I especially liked Armand (Murray Bartlett) and Mark (Steve Zahn) as the Hotel Manager and emotional rollercoaster Father of the family respectively. Jennifer Coolidge as Tanya was great as always, and it was nice to see Alexandria Daddario show some great range in her acting.
Just starting the Sopranos.

Have seen Goliath on Prime for a few years, and never bothered watching a trailer or trying it. I guess just reading the description, it never grabbed me. We were in the RV this week and looking for something to binge, so I suggested we try it.
Really enjoying it. Watched the first season and either two or three episodes of the second season.
Watching “The Cookout”. Hilarious when he moves into his house in the all white neighborhood except for Danny Glover.
“Heels”. It’s cheesy, but I like it.
I finished watching season 5 of “Better Call Saul”. Looking forward to season 6.
I’ve never seen “Breaking Bad”. I’m on season 1 episode 2.
Started watching hill street blues on Disney…
Old but so good.
