Finished The Boys. Garth Ennis is a dark writer, did a good job with The Punisher when it took it on...I would have jumped on it from go if I knew it was his baby. Enjoyed this show.

The actor who plays Homelander is amazing.

As is Butcher. And Elizabeth Shue. Starlight is button cute. Great cast and writing.

I wasn't super impressed with the guy who played Hughie... or maybe it was just some of the writing with the dialogue near the end between him and Starlight... it felt off..

But it's a minor nitpick, the show was overall really good. I was disappointed that we never even got to see who was under the mask of black noir though.

Love Danny McBride. First episode did not disappoint.

I enjoyed it. Over the top, of course.

I wasn't quite sure how far they were going to go at the end there, but then... oh man I think I woke my wife up laughing and saying, "OH SHIT!"

Eastbound and Down was funny as hell, Vice Principles was dark but funny, but this show is something else so far. It reminds of the Fargo TV Series.

Almost done with the first season finale of Succession. It's gotten good and I don't see it taking too long to get through season two (is it finished or still underway?)

OK, what do i move on to next, pretty good recommendations in this thread.

I’ve only watched a little of Eastbound and none of Vice Principles, but I’ve listened to some McBride interviews in the last year and he’s a really interesting guy (mostly, I listened to him talking about Halloween, which I ironically still haven’t seen), plus the addition of Goodman and Levine is great.

Eastbound and Down is one of the funniest shows I've ever seen. He's perfect in that role.

When he went to play in Mexico was an underrated season, loved his entrance on his first game:

Bosch--enjoyed the novels, just realized it was a serial based on the books. Decent first season.

Just switched my cable provider to a better plan and now I've got on demand up the yin-yang. Currently watching homeland to catch me up to season 7.

Quality show. Mandy Patankin is awesome.
