If you have not read the book then you'll probably like it because the production value is really good.
I just couldn't figure out why they would make so many changes to such a beautiful story.
I’m three quarters through the series and enjoying it, but only a 3rd into the book. I’m struggling with the short chapters that jump back and forth in time and I’ve always disliked books written in present tense. No doubt it’s worth sticking with and there’s a story worth telling, it’s just the way it’s been written that’s not to my personal taste.

Im watching the Whitney Houston movie on Netflix. Her voice is the greatest I’ve ever heard. Too bad she had her demons, like we all do.

I've been watching Only Murders In the Building. It's great. I really like it. It's on Hulu and stars Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez.

I don't know what it is about that young lady Selena Gomez, I have literally zero attraction to her but I absolutely adore her as an actress. It's the weirdest thing. She is so great to watch but does nothing for me in that way.

Anyway, it's a really fun show. The best character by a country mile is Bunny. Trust me, especially in season 2, she's great. I don't know the name of the lady that plays her, but she's friggin hysterical.

The wife and I started watching Resident Alien on Netflix, holy shit is it good. It is so effing funny. Alan Tudyk is a national treasure. This show is also excellent at something that I find to be very rare, it writes great female characters. There's a little femi-nazi every now and then but for the most part all the female characters are awesome. It is fantastic and I highly recommend it.

I never really could get into Yellowstone... But am really enjoying Landman. Billy Bob is fantastic.

Has anybody else watched White Lotus?
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

Yeah, it's f***in' funny. I'm definitely enjoying it. About half way through season 1, should be good timing for the new season.

The wife and I binge watched the whole season last week, we enjoyed it. Billy Bob was great. We were also big fans of Yellowstone lol.

Never seen White Lotus Dog, we'll have to check it out as well.

I haven't watched Law and Order in probably 20 years if not more but I'm in a hotel on a work trip and it's on so...

I now remember why this was probably my favorite show for close to a decade. Those early seasons with Jerry Orbach, Chris Noth, and Michael Moriarty were stellar. One of those is on now. The acting and character development in that first decade or so of the show was so damn good. There wasn't a bad character to be found. They only ever gave tiny snippets of the character's personal lives but they still did a great job developing them as believable people whom (is that right into never know) you feel like you know a little.

Just a great show. Might have to talk the wife into watching the first 5 seasons or so with me. Would be a good binge show.
