And? I thought episode two was a little better than episode one, but only a little. I think we only watched the first two and then stopped.

The second episode was better than the first, but I stopped the 3d episode 2/3ds through.

Just binge watched "Picnic at Hanging Rock" which was pretty good on Prime. Here is the wikipedia synopsis of the show,

Hester Appleyard purchases an isolated mansion out in the Australian bush to transform into a school for young ladies - a few months later, Appleyard College is a success. On Valentine's Day, 1900, when students and staff go for a picnic to Hanging Rock, three of the school's star students and their governess mysteriously vanish. Their disappearance leaves a devastating impact on students, staff, their enigmatic and formidable headmistress and the township at large. Theories abound, secrets are exposed and hysteria sets in, until eventually, the lives of the characters unravel.
The only actor (actress) i was familiar with was Dormer who had a small part in Captain America: The First Avenger but all of the actors/actresses involved did a good job. Oddly enough one of the leads, Sullivan who played Miranda reminded me of Jessica Biel a little. Either way its apparently based off a very popular book from Australia and was sort of played off as a true story although it is definitely fiction. Recommended.

In some ways i think this was an inspiration for Coppola's "Virgin Suicides" even though i have not actually seen that film.

Dreary, rainy day (typical NW), and I can't find anything I want to watch. My wife tells me I have ADHD when it comes to watching TV. LoL.

Through three episodes, The Stranger on Netflix (released Thursday) seems pretty good.

That's from like three or four (or more) years ago, right? I think we watched a few episodes, but couldn't really get into it. Like a blond detective or FBI agent or something goes to Haven for something or other.

Finished the midway point of season 6 with Vikings, not sure what to make of it yet but have some theories.

Also, a couple of days ago the wife and i started watching this series on Netflix called "Good Girls" starring Christina Hendricks who is great and lovely as usual. But i especially like the acting of Mae Whitman in this whom i havent seen on screen since Perks of Being a Wallflower. She was a real nice surprise in this.
