Just started watching The I-Land on netflix. Easily the best spoof of lost ever made. Watching this is like watching Weird Al Yankovic do screenplays.

I really liked season 1. Season 2 wasn't as good, but still good. Season three isn't due out until sometime next year.

Set they used for the old west outdoor scenes burned down in one of those California fires. Not sure what, if anything, that did to hinder production.

The plane they keep showing on the commercials, OD green C47, is the one I worked on and flew at the Palm Springs Air Museum

What commercials? I don't recall any plane (I watched Westworld on HBO proper, so no commercials). That's cool, however. That air museum gig sounded nice.

    Mythbusters.
    The original series.
Whenever it's on, I watch it.
Something about it pulls me in every time.

There is some new evidence. Some even compelling, but not enough to convince me of Avery's innocence. Perhaps they will eventually get enough to satisfy me.

As I said above, while I think it most likely that Avery did it, I simultaneously think that the Manitowac County authorities altered/planted/hid evidence in an effort to make sure the man they believed committed the crime did not get off. This behavior by law enforcement is inexcusable, and should be punished.

Regarding Dassey, I am still strongly convinced that Brendan Dassey's confession should have been tossed out, and that his trial was a miscarriage of Justice. It's just mind boggling that his confession was allowed to begin with, and absurd that Wisconsin's judicial system continues to fight to keep him in prison.
    Hmmmm....

A Wisconsin inmate has reportedly confessed to the murder of Teresa Halbach. The inmate, who will remain unnamed until Wisconsin law enforcement has access to said confession, told filmmakers of upcoming documentary series Convicting a Murderer, that he was responsible for the infamous death, as seen on Making a Murderer.
