Finished BB. 62 episodes in a week. Boom.

Season one the best imo, although it was remarkable how well they maintained the edge in seasons 3-6.

Wrapped up Sons of Anarchy 1-5. Holy. *******. Shit. That show is incredible. I've never seen a show use music better than SoA. The writing is fantastic, the acting is superb, the plot lines are incredible, and the depth of certain characters is staggering. This show is much better than some of the other garbage that people toss around as good.

I'm curious. I read the wiki for SOA, and it reminds me of my dad. I'm going to watch it.

That sounds about right. He lives where that show takes place, too.

Yeah, I don't know about gun running. I remember one Christmas we all had at our house, my in-laws and my dad. He described his past as involving some "smuggling." It's pretty colorful.

My in-laws are pretty proper. Father-in-law a banker, son of an Oxford law man who was secretary of state of Palestine, mother in law an elementary school teacher.

I witnessed my dad get busted for possession of 42 pounds of pot when I was in HS. One of my close friend's dad was the judge who sentenced him. I saw him hospitalize a man, ICU for 6 weeks. Colorful character, but nothing I want to be, except for his confidence.

    Ah, family.

I'm working my way through Season 4 of Breaking Bad... It's been torturous to move at such a slow pace - but my GF won't let me divorce her from the show and we're only together a few nights a week.

Watch ahead when you're not together then act surprised when you re-watch episodes with her.
