#122- Ugo Chinasa DE

I like it, North. Except that there are several receiving TEs hitting FA, and I
personally would like to see the Broncos go after one of them and concentrate
on defense in the second round.
I also am not sure about taking any safety in a high round, unless the Broncos
can get Rahim Moore. He's the only one who merits it, IMO.
But I would dearly love to see Wilson in a Broncos uni. That would make my day . . .

I like the TE sares better, and imo could be had later....But its a good draft.
The Plan at the moment:
Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).
Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

Had to do a double take there... From Black to Franklin...
Well, a pancake man would be better than a black hole!
Actually Franklin is a beast... playing more than a season on a bum knee and he gets panned for being "slow"...
I wouldn't be surprised if he went before 67 but who knows...
Not bad..Don't mind any of those picks..But I'm with top I'd rather get TE in FA. We don't need a super star just someone who can open the middle of the field...Exactly what Tony did....wasn't a star but did his job.

Just was reading this...not putting it on here for the McShay stuff but it was this that blew me away.
Early in the offseason, Auburn defensive tackle Nick Fairley was a near-consensus favorite to be the No. 1 overall pick in the draft. Word has since leaked from Carolina that the Panthers are “not sold” on any of this year’s defensive linemen. NFL Network analysts Warren Sapp and Mike Mayock have gone on record to say they don’t even believe Fairley is this year’s best defensive tackle.

I have the same opinion I'm not sold on either...I like Fairley more but has ? marks. I think the 2 players on the defensive side of the ball in the draft with no ? marks are Peterson & Von Miller.

I liked Fairley a lot in the beginning, but progressively less as time has gone
on. Dareus has been just the opposite to me: The more I've seen of him, the
more I have liked him. Personally, he is my absolute first choice. And I worry
that he will be Carolina's . . .

PP isn't a shutdown corner. #2 is too high, imo.
VM is an olb in a 34. Supposedly denver wants to upgrade that position, per elways over abundant transparency, but miller is NOT a cover lb, imo. If az wants to be like pitt, they grab him.
Denver picked the WORST time to be drafting this early.

Bitter Clinger. Deal with it.
I really have a feeling we will be trading back with one of the teams who need a QB in the top 10. Those teams are gonna panic come draft time.

I love PP I think he's the spitting image of Nnamdi Asomugha. VM is super Athletic I don't see him having a problem in coverage. He really would only be asked to cover in 4-3 base formation. In passing downs he's your LE move Ayers down to DT. Kill 2 birds with one stone you get a SLB in the 4-3 and a DE in passing situations.
