McDaniels move a great sign for rebuilding Rams

First came Steve Spagnuolo and Sam Bradford. Then came a surprising seven-win season.

The Rams’ return to respectability is real, and the hire of Josh McDaniels as offensive coordinator solidifies a lot of the positive energy around the team. This wasn’t a move the Rams of the last decade would make.

They were cheap and had a dysfunctional front office with unclear leadership. They weren’t a place that a guy like McDaniels with options would want to go. More importantly, the old Rams wouldn’t have paid enough to get him. (The Rams reportedly made up a $200,000 gap in pay to close the deal.)

thats what a real QB will do for you, it brings in OCs that want to coach the kid.

Decent O.C. (I say decent because lets be real, the Patriots are a great team and it seems IMO that McDaniels reaped the benefits of what the team New England was)

Bad H.C. (Untill he gets another job and proves differently then that's how I will feel, he has to change his ego and the way in which he handles players before he will ever be a good H.C. IMO)

McDaniels' move out of here is also a great sign for rebuilding Broncos.

I'm fine with Tebow over Cutler. I'm even semi-OK with Orton over Cutler.
I'm ecstatic with Brandon Lloyd over Brandon Marshall.

I'm double ecstatic with a cherry on top with Fox over McDaniels.

We are building a good coaching staff, and have some pieces in place as far as with the players. I think sooner rather than later we will be winning playoff games again, and the "dark years" with McDaniels will be just a bad memory. I'm fine with McDaniels having success in St. Louis. We will have MORE success here.
