    Default Hot Sauces

What's your favorite hot sauce? I'm always looking for new hot sauces to try. Right now I'm using this stuff like ketchup. I just bought a case of it.

I have a great collection of Hot sauces.

Endorphin Rush, All the Death sauces,<----Both are extremly HOT!! Sun Flowers Sweet sauce. Unfortunatly I can't think of them all right now as I'm at my GF's house and can't see what I have. But I always buy 2 of each one, one to use and one to keep. When I go home I'll post some more.

Hot sauce is the devil's saliva and not meant for human consumption.

Scorned Woman is the same way. You only want to put a couple of drops in a pot of chili

I'm a hot sauce connoisseur. I have a fridge full and a cupboard of unopened bottles.

My friends and family know I like it so when anyone goes anywhere (different states/countries) they always bring me a bottle or two.

I love hot sauce, I dont like the Chemical stuff. 16 million scoville units is chemical! I actually prefer Habeneros or jalapeños or something to that.
Thanks MO for the wicked Sig.

Green Chile is the only sauce that will touch my lips. You Tex Mex eaters try to catch up.

What, you don't like to spray your food with pepper spray?

I like hot, with taste. New Mexico chili or jalapenos is about as hot as I like it and still have some taste.

Yeah, people from Texas think I am talking about peppers or jalepenos or something. They are clueless and full of themselves.

I eat good green chile 5 - 10 times a month. It helps living so close to the source and being married to a hispanic woman.

Next time you are in ABQ, find a Stufy's Sopapillas. Like $4 and can just lay on a hot rock for a couple of weeks.

The only thing jalapenos are good for is salsa.

I had chile rellenos for lunch.

Yep, that is the place. I think there was another one on Juan Tabo. I was a lifeguard one summer and ate Stufy's and banged lifeguards.
