I'm pretty sure his SNL/Lonely Island/acting stuff is what most of the guys in this thread were referring to when they said they like him.

I liked that one movie he was in, but mostly because I was just staring at Mila Kunis

This is not really new, but it's his most recent song with the Lonely Island, and it's pretty funny...

I'm a Timberlake fan.

I thought 20/20 Experience (or what I've heard from it) is excellent.
In Time, Alpha Dogs, The Social Network, Bad Teacher. He was excellent in all of those movies.
And he's great on Jimmy Fallon.

In Time was just a very good movie - his role was superb. Social Network was damn good as well.

Bad Teacher? I'm pretty sure I watched it but don't remember it.

He's the nerdy, goody-good teacher. I thought he was hilarious. The rest of the movie pretty much blew, though there were a few funny spots.
