Do you think the fact that the texans are on the NFL Network had anything to do with the fact neither Johnson or Finnegan are going to miss a game?

No. Mike Florio pretty much debunked this already. Even if Johnson would have been suspended, he would have appealed and the appeal process wouldn't have been complete before tonight's game. So he would have been eligible to play tonight regardless.
